Lisbon, 1976. Chef. At the age of 20, and after an unsuccessful attempt to enter the Faculty of Architecture, he decides to look for a job in the restaurant business. He was lucky enough to start working in the restaurant Café Café, at the time under the supervision of Chef Vítor Sobral. Since then, after a specialization in Quality Auditing in restaurants, he accompanied Sobral in developing several projects in the restaurant area and has participated in international gastronomic festivals in Brazil, Canada, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Macau, among others).
