Frederico Duarte
Frederico Duarte studied communication design in Lisbon and worked as a designer in Malaysia and Italy. In 2010 he completed an MA in design criticism at the School of Visual Arts in New York. In 2021 he completed a PhD in curatorship at Birkbeck College, University of London and the Victoria & Albert Museum. As a design critic and curator he has since 2006 written articles and essays, contributed to books and catalogs, given lectures and workshops, curated exhibitions and organized events on design, architecture and creativity.
