He is the correspondent of <em>Eater<\/em> (the largest gastronomy portal in the USA) in Brazil, and contributor to vehicles such as <em>Vice, Slate<\/em> and <em>Fine Dining Lovers<\/em>, among others. In Portugal, he collaborates with <em>Expresso<\/em> and <em>P\u00fablico<\/em>.
