Enciclopaedia

The main part of the Fabrico Próprio book will consist of the photographic and encyclopaedic record of all the cakes we have identified in Portugal as Portuguese Semi-Industrial Confectionery (see list on the right). For that, we have been working together with photoprapher and artist Soraya Vasconcelos where in several sessions, and after careful picking the later photographed specimens in various shops and cafés in the Lisbon region, we prepare and photograph them patiently. Soon we will conduct the last photo session in Porto, where Soraya recently moved to.
