A Demel é a mais fina pastelaria Vienense, e nota-se.
Nos bolos de fatia, nos bonbons, na decoração, e nas montras… Isto não é, definitivamente, Pastelaria Semi-Industrial Portuguesa.
No entanto, o design passa por aqui: durante a Vienna Design Week(s), a Demel mostrou uma instalação de nuvens de açúcar e figuras de porcelana “Lebensblumentiere” do designer Sebastian Menschhorn.

Demel is the finest of Viennese confectioneries, and it shows.
In the sliced cakes, bonbons, the décor, the shopping windows… This is definetely not Semi Industrial Portuguese Confectionery.
However, it is no stranger to design: During Vienna’s Design Week(s), it showed designer Sebastian Menschhorn‘s instalation of Porcelain figurines “Lebensblumentiere” and sugar clouds.
